Custom and pre-order jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
Damaged Products
- Mandatory unboxing video required (unedited, from seal opening).
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Customers must ship the damaged product back to us.
- Repairs will be done and shipped back at our expense.
